Bleach TYBW Part 2 has brought Bleach back to the top 5 anime airing this season on MAL. We’ve seen interesting developments on both sides, Quincies and Soul Reapers. With every episode, there are new revelations and new mysteries all the same. Episode 4 brought Ichigo closer to his destination while giving Captain Komamura a chance to seek revenge for Head Captain Yamamoto. The Quincies have also lost some of the most powerful SternRitters.

The manga readers were happy with the way the anime portrayed the transformation of Captain Komamura. Now that Ichigo has gotten closer to his goal, we can expect him to return to the Soul Society soon. But for that, we’ll need to keep a watch on the upcoming episodes of Bleach TYBW Part 2.

Bleach TYBW Part 2 Episode 5 is titled ‘Rages at Ringside’. The episode will come out in Japan on August 5th, 2023.

The streaming platforms differ based on the region. You need to know the right platform for your region to watch the episode as soon as it comes out. In Japan, TV Tokyo is the official network to watch Bleach TYBW Part 2 Episode 5. As for the international audience outside of Asia, Bleach TYBW Part 2 is available on Disney+. For the US specifically, Hulu is the streaming platform. Netflix makes the new episodes available soon after the official release in Japan.

We see the continuation of the fight between Shinji and Bambietta in Bleach TYBW Part 2 Episode 4. With her new power-up, she manages to inflict a life-threatening wound on Shinji’s chest. Captain Komamura interrupts the fight and protects Shinji from any further damage. Hinamori attempts to attack the SternRitter from behind but gets attacked instead; only to be saved by Komamura.

As the fight goes on, Komamura transforms into a human with immense power and we get a glimpse into his past. His dialogue with the Wolfman Clan Elder about how giving up his heart can turn him into a human with an immortal body and monstrous strength. Back to the present, we see Captain Komamura using his Bankai, Kokujō Tengen Myō’ō.

He defeats Bambietta after exchanging a few blows with her. After she’s defeated, Yhwach calls upon the SternRitters, which is revealed by Jugram who is up against Head Captain Shunsui. At last, we see Ichigo getting flashes of memories with an explosion of power within himself. He gets relocated to Sejumaru Shutara, a member of the Royal Guard.

All the episodes so far have been a treat in terms of the progression of the plot and animation; even the use of CGI has been fairly good. Bleach TYBW Part 2 Episode 5 will become available for fans to watch this Saturday. The episode will lead to more interesting developments in the Soul Society and the Soul King Palace.
